Welcome to SnapMarket! SnapMarket is a mobile application operated by BrandSnap LLC. By accessing or using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our app.

1. Eligibility

2. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and any activity on your account.

3. User Content

You may create, upload, and share content through SnapMarket.
You retain ownership of the content you create and upload, but you grant SnapMarket a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate and promote the app.
You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure it does not violate any laws or the rights of others.
We reserve the right to remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or our policies.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscription Plans

SnapMarket may offer in-app purchases and subscription plans. Fees, payment terms, and renewal details are presented at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date, in accordance with the terms disclosed at purchase.
All purchases and subscriptions are subject to the terms and conditions of the app store (Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.) from which you download SnapMarket.
Refunds, if any, are handled according to the policies of the relevant app store.

5. Promotions, Contests, and Sweepstakes

From time to time, SnapMarket may offer promotions, contests, or sweepstakes. Additional terms and eligibility requirements may apply and will be provided at the time of the promotion. Participation is voluntary, and you agree to abide by the specific rules and terms provided for each event.

6. Feedback & Suggestions

We welcome your feedback and suggestions about SnapMarket. By submitting feedback, you grant us permission to use it without restriction or compensation to you.

7. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Meta Integration

If you log in with Facebook or Instagram, you agree to data sharing as described in our Privacy Policy.
This app is not endorsed or certified by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram).

9. Intellectual Property

All content and materials within the app are owned by BrandSnap LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any content without permission.

10. Disclaimer

We provide the app "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the app.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by other means. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
